Humble Beginnings
KenEp Resources was founded in Ipoh, Perak, with fewer
than five employees.
Building the Foundation
The company began expanding its capabilities by forming a technical team to support its growing portfolio.
Expanding to Kuala Lumpur & Selangor
KenEp Resources launched operations in Kuala Lumpur &
Selangor with a service contract to operate a wastewater treatment plant.
Strengthening Expertise
KenEp Resources established an in-house laboratory to
perform wastewater analysis.
Environmental Assessment Expertise
The company took a major step forward by setting up its
own Environmental Assessment team.
Achievements in Quality & Compliance
KenEp Resources achieved ISO 9001:2008
certification for its Quality Management
System by SIRIM.
Laboratory Accreditation
KenEp's laboratory received accreditation from Skim Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia
(SAMM), under the Department of Standards Malaysia.
Expansion to Penang
KenEp Resources extended its operations to Penang, beginning service contracts for electronics factories and further expanding its wastewater and DI water treatment services.
